Dance Is Life at Hudson River Park’s Pier 76 on Abdiel’s Birthday
Dance Is Life returned to Hudson River Park’s Pier 76 for this summer’s “Hustle on the Hudson” series, with the event falling on a very special day—co-founder and co-host Abdiel’s birthday! In Latin Hustle tradition, we took turns leading (and stealing!) Abdiel on the dance floor. The gifts kept on giving all night long with surprise performances including Norma Jean Wright of disco band “Chic.” UK’s finest Omar Lefouk showed up straight from his flight, to join Honey Larouchelle to perform their latest track “Research.” It was an unforgettable night and celebration of life!
