Dance Is Life on Governors Island
Dance Is Life took a field trip to Governors Island on the ferry from Manhattan, during the rare and mystical super blue moon—with a little bit of rain and a whole lot of sunshine and love on the dance floor. We gathered at Liggett Terrace, around (and under) the archway, for an unforgettable night in a space opened to the public less than 20 years ago. Dancing Latin Hustle is new to the island, but somehow feels right at home.
