Dance Is Life returns to the Naumberg Bandshell in Central Park on Tuesday, July 18, with co-hosts Abdiel and DJ Natasha Diggs! We’ll be dancing from 5pm until the sun goes down.

Dance Is Life is a free communitarian dance party for the public, encouraging freedom of self-expression and human connection through shared joy and movement. Partner dancing is encouraged, particularly Latin Hustle, in an effort to preserve the dance. We are honored to continue the tradition of dancing Hustle in Central Park which began in the early 1970s.

All dance styles and levels are welcome.
